Right To Freedom Of Opinion Or Expression

The right to freedom of opinion or expression includes a number of elements.

These include the freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds without interference, as well as media freedom, which requires safety of journalists and other media workers.

This right also includes the right to freedom of speech; however, promoting national, racial or religious hatred through incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence should be forbidden by law.
